A bit about the founder of the company and the account.

Now, at first, just about me. Sorry if this is a disappointment 😉 I am an eager real estate investor, father, and partner. My strengths and passions are in analysis, especially regarding property investments and Excel calculations. I’m always looking for the next property or thinking about how to improve calculations and my own finances.

I passed the LKV exam on my first try in 2023, even though I had never worked a day as an agent. My passion for real estate and investing made it possible.

I’m Jary Kokkonen. As a person, I’m analytical, introverted, and a bit shy (no one believes that anymore..). But I’ve learned to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself to grow. I have a family, and the most important thing in the world to me is my son. He’s the reason I got into real estate investing and why I continue doing it—to be an example for him of hard work, fairness, goal-setting, and managing money.

In my life, I’ve experienced bullying, which has taught me the importance of my values and self-worth. This experience and the psychotherapy process have helped me get to where I am today. Nowadays, I develop passionately, stay healthy for my son, and keep a close eye on my health.

My day often starts at 6 am with exercise and a healthy routine, which has become part of my life. Bullying still affects me, and I hope my son never has to go through the same. I want to be the best father to my son and an example of how to do things fairly, bravely, and with purpose, without fear of failure.

My goal as a real estate investor is financial freedom by 2032, and I work toward it every day. The LKV exam is an important step in this, and I can’t give up. Investing is my passion, and even though I sometimes make choices, like putting games aside, I am committed to my goals.

I also plan to share personal experiences and thoughts on my social media channels because I want to inspire others and show that dreams can come true despite difficulties. Life always offers opportunities for growth and development.

My dreams have grown over the years, and I’ve decided to share how willpower and hard work can take you anywhere.

Thank you for reading. This was a personal exception, next time back to a more analytical approach. Or maybe not.
